Thomas J. Melton has been a consultant, educator and trainer in the Financial Services Industry since 1979.
Presently, Tom is a Registered Principal and Branch Manager with Securities America, Inc., and has passed the FINRA General Securities Representative exam, the FINRA Investment Company, and Variable Contracts Products Principal exam, the NASAA Uniform Securities Agent State Law exam, and the Uniform Investment Advisory Law examination. In addition, Tom is also a Variable Life Agent, holds a Disability and Health license in the State of California, and is President and CEO of the MELTON Financial Group.
Tom's focus has been primarily on Retirement and Estate Planning, Investments and Insurance. He is a Certified Retirement Consultant and a member of the Financial Planning Association. Along with his business partner and wife, Dianne Melton, they have developed what they believe to be one of the industries most entertaining and informative Senior Financial Workshops titled and copy written under the name "Everything You Wanted To Know ...But Didn't Know To Ask."
Prior to his current business success, Tom was recognized as a noted drummer and music professional performing with many recognizable entertainment elite including The Fifth Dimension, Vikki Carr, Tony Orlando and Dawn, and the Lido d' Paris show with illusionists Siegfried and Roy.
Success in life has allowed time to travel the world, experience media recognition, perform at the Presidential White House , Carnegie Hall and Kennedy Center and take pleasure in memories with former presidents Nixon, Ford, Carter and Reagan.
Spending time with family and friends, enjoying photography, nature walks, the 'natural' golf system, swimming and a good movie or book, bring happiness and balance to Tom's successful career. |

Dianne Melton has been working in the Financial Services Industry since 1981.
Dianne attained the position of Premier Banking Manager with the Wells Fargo Bank Corporation in 1992, before accepting a top position with U.S. Bank as Business Development Officer.
Presently, Dianne is a Registered Representative with Securities America, Inc., and has passed the FINRA Investment Company exam and the NASAA Uniform Securities Agent State Law examination. Dianne holds a Variable Life Agent, Disability and Health License in the State of California, is a Certified Retirement Consultant and is Vice President of the MELTON Financial Group.
Since 1996, Dianne's focus has been on Business, Retirement and Estate Planning. Dianne believes that having the opportunity to educate and guide, while earning the trust of her clients, is a rewarding and fulfilling profession.
Previously featured as 'Charli' on the 'Tonight Show' with Johhny Carson, and with Jerry on the Jerry Lewis Telethon, Dianne now shares her artistic singing abilities by donating her time and talent to helping others in the field of the Arts. |

As the Advisor Assistant, Christopher interfaces directly with Tom and our clients. He is in charge of the preparation of client’s reviews, documentation and customer service. Christopher’s eye for detail product knowledge, quality control including follow up and follow through are just a few of his many attributes.
Prior to joining our firm, Christopher was a respected executive level manager for sixteen years before deciding to embark on a rewarding career of helping people to achieve their goals in the financial service industry.

Vanessa has played a very important roll in helping our Firm to achieve greater success over these past two years. Shaleen Grimes, Director of Client Marketing is the newest member of the Melton Financial Group team.
Shaleen’s position requires leadership and judgment, as well as organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Her experience spans many areas of importance to the Melton Financial Group, including development and administration of programs, systems, and procedures as well as office administration, project management and internal and external customer service.
Previously, she has worked as a Logistics Supervisor for a Third-party Logistics Provider as well as an Executive Administrator and Marketing Director for a major corporation before joining the Melton Financial Group team in June of 2007.
At our Firm, Shaleen provides direct administrative support to Dianne Melton, helps to organize company projects and assists in areas of primary importance including the development of the Melton Financial Groups Marketing System. Shaleen has provided great value and proven to be a tremendous asset to our team. |

Suzanne Clark has worked in the area of finance since 1993, beginning at Bank of America. She also worked at Lexington Capital Management in their Broker Dealer department where her relationship with Tom and Dianne began.
Suzanne has been working at Melton Financial Group since the Fall of 2005 where she has become an integral team member and resource. She prepares Morningstar and other investment company hypothetical reports including reviews for many of our clients and prospects. In addition, Suzanne schedules client reviews, helps organize company functions such as our holiday party, gala, tournaments and summer picnics. Suzanne’s talent brings remarkable results and adds great value to our team’s success.
Suzanne has earned a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. She also has a minor in Organizational Communications both from California State University, Sacramento. |
